How it was measured
The questions are the 152 scorable ones of the Spanish Bar Access Exam, July 2026, in multiple-choice format. Each answer is graded automatically against the final answer key published by the Ministry of Justice, with no human involvement in the scoring. Measured on 6 October 2026: 149 out of 152 questions correct.

Scoring rules & human context
The bar access exam uses penalized scoring: each wrong answer deducts 1/3 point (−0.33). With 4 options per question, this formula statistically neutralises random guessing. There are no blanks here: the question left unanswered by the provider error also counts as a miss.
Judiciary exam: we have withdrawn the figure we used to publish for the Spanish Judiciary access exam because its raw data is not published. It will come back when we can publish the full run.

Lexiel indexes case law and legislation from 20 jurisdictions. 70,000+ official sources, 2,590,000+ verified provisions.
Only the Spain figure has its raw data published. The other countries are internal runs on our own question banks, of different size and difficulty, not yet published: they are not comparable with each other or with the Spanish exam.
